者对免疫治疗敏感，而后者不敏感. 但是，后者有可能会转变为高复制状态，这有助于解释部分新生儿在出生后1岁以内甚至更晚出现的“突破性感染”［1,3,17］.
虽然本研究明确地显示了血清HBV trRNA在新生儿HBV感染血清学诊断中的潜在意义，但在推广至临床应用之前，有必要进行包括动态追踪观察在内更大规模的研究.
