Abstract: Insufficient quality data is the main characteristic of implementing the statistical quality control in flexible automation environment, aimed at this characteristic this paper introduce the group technology to statistical quality control for enhance the apriority of quality data and bring forward the group statistical quality control technology. The manufacturing base of GSQC was studied. Then the no-variance of p-fractile method was proposed, based on this math model of GSQC was studied. Based on the basic math method the process grouped mean-variant control chart was studed.
